WorkSafe Victoria – Big Mouth Twitter Competition
Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoters
This competition is promoted by Lifelounge Pty Ltd (ABN 98 088 597 282), 285 St Kilda Road, St Kilda 3182 and the Victorian WorkCover Authority, trading as WorkSafe Victoria (ABN 90 296 467 627), 222 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.

2. Competition Details
The competition commences on 05/11/2009 and concludes on 13/11/2009. Prizes will be drawn on 16/11/2009 at 285 St Kilda Road, St Kilda, Victoria 3182.

3. Who May Enter
The competition is open to all persons with a postal address located in Victoria, Australia who have correctly followed the entry requirements detailed on Twitter, excluding employees of WorkSafe Victoria, Lifelounge Pty Ltd and their immediate family.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

4. How to Enter
To enter, follow the Big Mouth Project on Twitter and re-tweet the competition tweet posted by Big Mouth Project.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
All entries are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prizes
The first fifty (50) people to correctly enter will receive a limited edition Big Mouth Project pack including a zine, poster and t-shirt designed by Jonathan Zawada. Each prize is valued at $25.00.
The Promoters' decision on prize allocation is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoters takes no responsibility for any variation in item values. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the winner's responsibility.

6. Prize Delivery
Each winner will be notified by direct message on Twitter and asked to supply their name and postal address. Prizes will be posted within three (3) days of winner supplying name and postal address.
The Promoters take no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise address details provided to the Promoters, or to any other reasons outside of the Promoters' control.

7. Ownership of entries
Once submitted, an entry to this competition becomes and remains the property of the Promoters.

8. Disqualification
The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from entry into this competition if the individual:
a. Tampers with the entry process, including any process as determined by the Promoters, that in the Promoters' view affects the fairness of the competition; or
b. Acts in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters' control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of the prize.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected by WorkSafe Victoria will be used for the purpose of processing and administering this competition. It may also be used for providing you with general information and for future promotions in this area. Any personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2000 and WorkSafe Victoria's Privacy Policy.
